At MISELA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective covers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
